Returns  Due to the nature of our business returns will not be accepted & refunds will not be issued, as we can no longer vouch for the contents once it leaves our warehouse. This assures you, the customer that all items shipped are in a clean and sterile state.   Shipping  If you prefer to have your order shipped by FedEx, UPS ect. Additional charges will occur. Please provide the correct courier information to info@nattillyattired.com with “Shipping by Courier” in the Subject Line.  All other orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will take approximately 2-8 weeks for delivery depending on where in the world you are located.  Insurance Canada Post will cover up to $100 for the following only:  CX – with tracking number Small package Express Post
